Minitab specialist is an individual who has complete know-how of performing statistical analysis on Minitab. He specializes on t-tests, ANOVA, median tests, proportion tests, chi-square distribution, among others.

Every process has some form of waste. A Lean certified professional has the ability to identify this waster and eliminate it using Lean tools and techniques.

Six Sigma White Belts have basic know-how of Six Sigma. They are domain experts and have knowledge of 7 Basic Quality tools.

The Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a professional who can explain Six Sigma philosophies and principles, including supporting systems and tools. A Black Belt should demonstrate team leadership, understand team dynamics, and assign team member roles and responsibilities.

The Six Sigma Green Belt is mentored by a Six Sigma Black Belt; they lead projects within their own functional areas, and analyze and solve quality problems. A Green Belt understands usage of Qualitative and Quantitative analysis and demonstrates his or her knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes.

Six Sigma Yellow Belt is designed to suit the needs of individuals who are new to the world of Six Sigma. Individuals who have a small role in process improvements, have flair towards quality, or need to develop an initial understanding of Six Sigma concepts can apply for this certification.

Six Sigma White Belt is designed to suit the needs of individuals who are starting their career as freshers. Individuals who wish to know about Six Sigma, want to understand the basics of Quality, or need to take a wise call of whether Six Sigma can be their forte can apply for this certification.

Lean Specialist Certification Program is designed to suit the needs of individuals who wish to gain complete expertise of Lean. Individuals who are responsible to improve processes, are driven towards waste elimination and are required to deliver quick results can apply for this certification.

As a Minitab Specialist, you become an expert at data analysis; you understand data, are able to slide and dice the data and solve quality problems by inferring from the analysis. You enable leaders to take key organizational decisions basis the inferences provided by your analysis.
